As the Atlanta Spirit L.L.C. Graphic Design Manager, I was responsible for managing the Creative Services Department. This included brand management, providing creative solutions for print design and supporting web graphics, directing job traffic, maintaining print and digital archives, as well as mentoring the design team. I worked closely with my colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure job quality, and that deadlines were met under budget. I gained experience in collaborating with freelance photographers, illustrators, and writers to generate content. I continued to develop strong problem solving, project, and time management skills.
